Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes

If you are in need of a simple and quick snack for you or for anyone, and you just want to sweeten your day try making some Oreo cheesecake cupcakes for a perfect combination of sweets. These cupcakes are a combination of Oreo's, cheesecake filling, and a chocolate ganache on top. The ingredients are listed below if you're excited to try and make these cupcakes.


Ingredients:
-20 Oreo cookies
-3/4 cup of powdered sugar
-1 lb of cream cheese
-2 egg whites
-pinch of salt
-1/4 cup of heavy cream
-1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Preparation:
-Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
-Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until it's smooth.
-Add egg whites one at a time and mix until combined.
-Add a pinch of  sat and mix.
-Fold in chopped Oreo's.
-Fill each cup over the Oreo cookie.
-Bake for about 25 minutes.

Chocolate Ganache:
-Melt the chocolate and stir in the heavy cream until it combines evenly.

 The final product of the cupcake should end up looking like this.
