Soccer IQ- Quick Restarts
Quick restarts are a very important part to the game, the referee blows his whistle and call for a free kick, this happens quite often, weather you are on the defending team or the offensive team its key to get started quickly. An example of this is when the goalie is out of her goal hugging the post yelling directions to the defenders in the wall, and the nest thing you know there is an open goal, so you take a shot on an empty goal and score. now switching positions, when you are defending you need to make sure that the other team are not going to try and play a quick ball or pass. "don't get down if you make a silly mistake like that, that goal was scored in the NCAA Championship in the 3rd over time" see even great teams and great players make mistakes but its the matter that people can learn fro there mistakes. I have made plenty of mistakes in my life but the important thing to do is don't let them get to you and learn from them.
